I would like to request a feature to include a logo in the `resume-entry`. Something like this: 
When applying for jobs through portals I don't think it makes any sense to sign off with that, so it would be great to have the option not to.
Done in both the resume and coverletter. Continuation of #106. Also added an option to show/hide the address icon.
Ability to modify profile picture size is useful when we have small header :)
