啟用自定背景功能時影片頁面的留言區不清楚

Image 由於留言區缺乏背景顏色，在使用自定背景功能時若使用淺色或較複雜的背景，則留言區的白色文字會難以閱讀。

需要增加hover時的背景顏色。

也許可以考慮抓取YT更新的var(--yt-saturated-raised-background)?
