Ability To Download Shorts

It would be really cool to add this feature, because sometimes you need to send or share short videos, just like on TikTok, basically. It will also be nice of there's a separate buttons like in regular videos, when you can download shorts as video + audio (mp4, mkv, mov etc) in different formats or just audio (flac, mp3 etc)
