Dev Team: Move all assets to decentralised service

Most of the assets (media) for lesons exists in the repository. This should be moved over to a decentralised storage service like Arweave so that it is easier to move to a different CMS or LMS when the time comes.

@briangershon is it okay if we go ahead with Arweave or do you have another preference for the same. Also any specifics you have in ming related to this? Once I get the thumbs up I'll push a PR.

Also, should part of this PR be documenting how you're doing this transfer process so others can move assets too in the future? (Or could even help during this process)

This ticket is stalled while we work through decision on changing the content-management solution.

As far as transitioning assets to decentralized storage, I think @ropats16 had made progress on this, but we decided to wait before continuing -- ah, yes, I see his PR mentioned above.
