[Feature] Support timeIntervalSinceReferenceDate (CFAbsoluteTime) conversion for Unix Time Converter

I often find myself needing to convert date format between NSDate's timeIntervalSinceReferenceDate back to other time format.

For example, Input of 572852680.179807 would convert to:

Converting timestamp (572852680) in seconds: GMT: Tuesday, February 26, 2019 5:44:40 AM Your time zone: Monday, February 25, 2019 9:44:40 PM GMT-08:00

There is a couple websites that offer this functionality, see here and here.

It would be really great if this could be added to DevUtils as well.
