[Feature] Color Converter

It would be really useful to have a color converter in DevUtils
like https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_converter.asp
or https://convertacolor.com/

Having different types of colour format:

  • HEX
  • RGBA
  • HSLA
  • HSB

Along with that a color preview would be nice too.

Color Snapper (https://colorsnapper.com) has an amazing implementation of this. Attached are a few screenshots (I couldnt expand the window) of some of their conversion options and settings.
