Please provide the EXACT steps required to reproduce the problem...
- use command /tempban Matesak39 2w Krádež: cca 15 enchanted books, cca půl stacku dia, a griefing: ničení 10ti guardian hlav, jednu si ponechal a zbytek nechal válet na zemi (farma je soukroma, takze tam nemel co delat)

The reason you're trying to ban this particular user for is too long. Consider using reason layouts for that.
It's better if it allows long ban reasons, not hard
Might be, but it's a decision made within the code of advancedban to partially reflect the amount of characters the disconnect screen can take. If users wish to extend that limit, they can modify the database tables to reflect that, though we will likely not be responsible for issues that night be caused by that.
