Retry connexion when database is not done

What version of AdvancedBan (/AdvancedBan) are you using? 2.3.0-RELEASE

What kind of server do you have (Bungeecord/single server)? Bungeecord

Please provide the EXACT steps required to reproduce the problem...

1. Install and config Advancedban plugin on Bungeecord (with MySQL)
2. Stop your DataBase
3. Start BungeeCord server

Add any additional information below. I will clarify the situation in our case. We restart our dedicated server every day at 4:00 a.m. Databases start first, then game servers. Sometimes databases take a little time and do not respond quickly enough. When the AdvancedBan plugin starts and it does not receive the response from the database we are forced to restart the bungeecord server. Would it be possible to add a "retry" of the connection to the database with if possible a value in the config between each attempt?
