Security vulnerability in browserstack-local

When running npm audit, there's a security vulnerability pointing to this library. The vulnerability itself lives in the browserstack-local dependency. There's a reported issue already in https://github.com/browserstack/browserstack-local-nodejs/issues/87 but this issue serves as a reminder that this library will need to be updated as well.
