Support of the BROWSERSTACK_BUILD_NAME environment variable

browserstack/github-actions/setup-env uses BROWSERSTACK_BUILD_NAME to set the build name. It would be nice to add support for this variable in addition to BROWSERSTACK_BUILD_ID
