Dashboard animation not enough smooth

Describe the bug Dashboard animation not enough smooth.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://devui.design/components/zh-cn/dashboard/demo#basic-usage
2. Drag a widget make other widgets moving
3. Other widgets move without animation

Expected behavior The other widgets move with a smooth animation.
