Dependency conflict in master

In master: geoip2 4.1.0 requires aiohttp<4.0.0,>=3.6.2, but you'll have aiohttp 2.3.10 which is incompatible.

Also in an attempt to update package, you may and up with: ImportError: aiosocks.SocksConnector require aiohttp library

Because of aiosocks lost compatibility with aiohttp 3.4+
