Red dot in received messages

After clicking the "Send blue ticks" button, the red dots still remains in the received message. The same thing happens after replying to the received message. All settings are correct.

It happens to me as well, but only for direct messages, not for group messages.

It's not working in direct message! No blue ticks on recipients device. No green dots on my device. Look on iss. 472. I have the same problems. WAE - last version. WA - .32x version
