Add Stream Deck deep-link selection

I took a step back from the latest drag-and-drop selection flow for items/loadouts (cause some people had dnd errors) that is now done using a deep-link button "Open on Stream Deck" (that appears only when the selection is triggered from the Stream Deck Application) in the item/loadout menu.
