Description
MacOS builds are unsigned. In order to sign them, we need an Apple Developer account to associate with the project and sign them with. This entails both a financial and legal responsibility for the project. Additionally, having only one contributor control the signing certificate would pose a significant operational risk: We should strive to always have at least two contributors/maintainers with access to certificate management.
