multiple 3rd party scripts in waitOn - GoogleMaps

I'm loading: https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?callback=myCallbackFunction

which in turn loads https://maps.gstatic.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/18/14/main.js and https://maps.gstatic.com/cat_js/maps-api-v3/api/js/18/14/%7Bcommon,util,stats%7D.js and https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js/AuthenticationService.Authenticate?1shttp%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A3000%2Ffleet&4sAIzaSyB_8XhRCyTgz6xprml-224jIkdCSwOGLIs&5e1&callback=_xdc_._3wj8sh&token=73104

obviously those URLs are going to change... and I don't know them up front...

Is there any way, you can think of, to have the callback myCallbackFunction tell IRLibLoader that the script is loaded, but not to treat it as loaded, until that's done?
