Minor: Configurable Favicon
Current Behavior:
Dependency-Track Frontend uses the standard Dependency-Track Project logo as its' favicon. This works great.. except when one deploys two or more separate DT servers, Then things can get a bit confusing in the browser.
One tab is for my production DT and the other is my test DT. It's not possible to tell which is which without clicking on them.

Proposed Behavior:
Allow a way for the favicon image to be configured. Perhaps via settings? Configuration via UI would be overkill.
The Dependency-Track 4.8 release changed the favicon to match new branding.
Thus, whilst 4.8 was in development I got to have a production DT and a SNAPSHOT DT both running at the same time with different favicons.... and both viewed via separate browser tabs. Having different favicon for each was SO helpful for navigation within the browser.
Whilst I was running a Test DT server, another use case for having multiple DT servers (and benefitting from bespoke favicon) would be when a company runs a separate DT for access by customers.
This is still an issue in v4.12.4.
Another use case, when opening Chrome when working with two separate DT instances
