The page number 10 appears twice

Within the PDF, pages are numbered as 9, then 10, then 10 again, then 11.

The page number of every page after the first "10" instance should be increased by 1.

This is obviously a low-importance issue, but I noticed it and so I wanted to point it out for future reference.
