Create ClientServerTest project - a combined client and server test program for manually testing NetCom7

NOTE: Currently message corruption occurs when performing sends in quick succession of each other, i.e., when rapidly hitting the send button a few times in a row - the failure is that some received messages consist of the correct expected messages but repeated multiple times.
