Kilometer registration

For our billing proces it is only necessary that we can select 'extern' or something. There is no need for the actual registration of kilometers. This is only double work.

I also agree with milage being a non-feature, I'd love to see it go.

The only issue now is migrating the mileages to a boolean on entry, i guess we could make 0 hour entries that have a boolean external = true ?
