Onboarding, what are Projects, Categories and Tags

Too many times i see people using category names in the project name or even stuff that belongs in a tag in a project name. Like this:

SMTR is our client, Implementatie is the task at hand and CAPP11 is the application.

I'd say put it like this Project: SMTR Category: Implementatie Tag: CAPP11

Or Project: CAPP11 Category: Implementatie Tag: SMTR

Anyways this is our fault, not the user, because we need to teach the user how to use it. Therefore we need onboarding. Something like a standard project, category and tags
