Hi, For the provided pretrain model weight: Multiview Contrast, Residue Type Prediction, Distance Prediction, Angle Prediction and Dihedral Prediction. Is it possible to check the representation of a 3D structure data in these model? For example, the input will be a protein in 3D structure. Then the output will be the representation of this protein in the model.
