About data_setting from species_start: 0 to species_end: 22 of alphafolddb_v2

I have a question regarding the configuration settings in the 'yml' file for 'species_start: 0' to 'species_end: 22' in the 'alphafolddb_v2'

  1. Are these settings (from 'species_start: 0' to 'species_end: 22') corresponding to the results in Table 2 of the GearNet paper? dataset_setting

  2. I noticed that there is an inconsistency in the esm-gearnet GitHub repository's 'yml' file, which specifies 'species_start: 0' to 'species_end: 21'. Could you please provide a detailed explanation of these discrepancies?
