Vue 3 support

Hey guys, thx for a great extension!

I've recently switched to using Vue 3. DeepCode is throwing warnings that were relevant for Vue2 but not anymore for 3.

For example, Vue 3 allows fragmented components (more than 1 root element).

Please update DeepCodeAI to support Vue 3.
