Description:
The responsive navbar button (commonly referred to as the "hamburger menu") is not functioning as expected on smaller screen sizes. Clicking the button does not toggle the navigation menu.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application or webpage on a smaller screen or mobile device. Locate the responsive navbar button (hamburger menu). Click on the button. Observe that the navigation menu does not open or close properly.
