Linux - stuck on "re-authentification required"

Tried out both GUI and CLI apps to install scarlet and both are getting the same error: re-authentification required But there is no option to log in and the app...

 I also noticed that the tmp_ipa folder is created and instantly deleted.

installed via pc method , after 1st time refreshing wirelessly there are 2 scarlet icons and cant seem to view the expiration dates anymore. how do I refresh scarlet next...
