Needs updating

The code and the first and last names files haven't been updated in 4 years. And some of the sources listed in the README are dead links.

Aside from that, there are glaring gaps in the coverage of last names. For example "biden" (the last name of the President of The United States) is absent from last_names.all.txt. Rerunning index.sh didn't help in this regard.
