async/non-blocking client

Not sure if the C++ client that comes with HandlerSocket supports async/non-blocking access. If it doesn't, it'd be great to make it support async/non-blocking access. More and more people are using event-driven architecture. To make HandlerSocket works in such architecture an async/non-blocking client is needed
