Programming turnout decoder

Hello

At first, congrats on this software. I just had to upload it to a Mega with a motor shield, do some wiring, and I was ready to drive trains with JMRI.

Now, I've got these turnouts in my layout... (mtb MP1 motor) and a M-DEC-DC turnout decoder which supports DCC signals. I've tried many ways, but can't seem to get it to work. Since I've followed the manual from the decoder I came here to ask if I am something missing at the base station side? https://flic.kr/p/RoNJzb (Picture of some wiring)

Some people told me to try lowering the pulse rate. Is that possible?
