Consider adding new vehicles from the latest Czech lite/OA2 update

There are some reasonable vehicles and new weapons that can be added to the latest version from the last OA update. Refueling trucks, Humvee ambulance etc. Weapon examples are Scorpion EVO, Phantom Pistol and many more.
