Jump to an empty line

I never implemented this in the original version, because I didn't really see the point. At the time I was doing more python and coffeescript, but now that I am back to more javascript/typescript, I see the need.

Either I improve the regexes or use treesitter (was thinking about it) to just provide jump points.

I wouldn't want to make a line only mode, because I think it adds complexity. I don't want a user to have to think before activating jumpy (always been my intention at least).

I'll take some stabs at this.
