Support 64bit integer if the compiler support

64bit support is the hotest topic(#557 #421 #348 #162 #151 #87 #14), this PR try to resolve it in a compatible way:

1. Auto turn off 64bit if the compiler can't support it
2. No special function/field is added to support it

@DaveGamble and @FSMaxB do you think this patchset is general enough to merge?
