[DRC-325] dbt 1.8 compatibility check

The first 1.8 beta version dbt-core 1.8.0-b1 has been published. This ticket is to check and fix the compatibility issue.

in dbt 1.8, it separate the dbt-adapters and dbt-common from the dbt-core
