[Optimization][datastudio] Collapse all directories by default on datastudio's directory panel

When there are many directories on datastudio's directory panel, it's a bit difficult to quicly locate the job, I have to click "Collapse directories" button to collapse all first and then find out job.

Please Collapse all by default on datastudio's directory panel, so we can do less operation to find out the job we want to edit.
