additions to network path

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

• New screenshot on Network Path setup (CNM)
• Updating Further reading links in CNM to link to Network Path Glossary
• Updating Further reading links in Synthetics to link to Network Path Glossary
• Moves all of the network monitoring glossaries to be lower in each section on the menu (left Nav)
• Adds Docs copy to both Synthetics and CNM Network path docs to cross reference the other pages
• Adds scheduled tests and dynamic tests for Network path to CNM landing page (it was there previously but a bit hidden)
• Adds a "Understanding Network path" tests section to the Synthetics page to help users understand the differences
