Product Lifecycle updates for RUM, Product Analytics, and Error Tracking

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

As per DOCS-9062:

• Updates the beta flag to either NEW or PREVIEW based on PM input, as confirmed by this sheet
• Deletes the RUM units page, as it isn’t linked to anywhere and no one is using it

• No changes were made to Product Analytics docs.
• [ ] Need to confirm with Error Tracking team about Exception Replay - might need to be rolled back to Preview.
