Update Azure Extension documentation

What does this PR do?

This PR updates the Azure Extension documentation. It includes new parameters introduced in version 5.0 of the Windows and Linux extension, as well as a new section dedicated to the Linux extension since it is different from the Windows one.

Motivation

Better docs.

Thanks @urseberry for the review. I was pretty confused when my links did not work, thank you for showing me how to do links within tabs. Making this FAQ an actual guide is alright with me, getting more visibility in the docs is important and we have had customer request documentation for our install method, and that includes the Azure Extension.
