Map sock objects to pids.

What does this PR do?

This PR provides the facility to map sock objects to pids.

Motivation

We do not have access to the pid of the process associated with an sk_buff in a socket filter. We need the pid to complete the conn_tuple_t object. Having a mapping between the sock object and pid would allow us to build the full conn_tuple_t object.
