What does this PR do?

Closes #80

Motivation

The IAM Action is incorrect so the bundled policy for the Datadog role is incorrect

Testing Guidelines

I replaced the original template by the fixed one and the error is gone.

I just applied this change to the policy deployed by CloudFormation and can confirm that it does resolve the error.
