Add definitions for signal, request id & text, consent request to Section. 4

Currently, section 4 outlines definitions for user, user agent, controller, and website. It should also contain definitions for other canonical terms used in the document, which are:

• signal (section 6)
• consent request (section 6.1)
• request id (section 6.1)
• request text (section 6.1)
• consent, requesting consent, giving consent, withdrawing consent (section 6, section 7, section 8)
• object to processing (section 6.4)

Thanks for this list. Note that some definitions (e.g. request id) are technical definitions that seem fine where they are, and need not be repeated in the definitions section. I see the definitions section mainly as a bridge between legal and technical jargon. Perhaps phrases like “objecting to processing” could merit an explicit reference to the corresponding phrase in regulations, or this might be superfluous because these are exactly the legal terms already; legal people might have clearer opinions on this.
