Is Tcl and Python compatible with those systems? This might be a needed prerequisite for implementing such a thing.
Someone reported something similar on hackint. It echo-message doesn't work there if a user on a solanum server messages a user on charybdis. This might as well an atheme bug.
Currently account changes are logged as mode changes, not join. A channel member doing a `/msg NickServ identify` should is not a mode change, which may for example be audited....
Hard to argue with that reasoning. So, yeah... I view ACCOUNT messages similar to NICK changes. Both apply to the user in all common channels. NICK is also logged in...
