The software only shows asus component

I can't control my corsair vengeance rgb pro. Software only detects mobo and gpu. What can i do?

First of all you should make sure, that iCUE is correctly detecting the memory (this seem to not always be the case). Then check if "software-mode" (not 100% sure how it's called) is enabled for the memory in iCUE, and SDK support is enabled in the generall iCUE settings. If all of that is the case it should detect the vengeance pro.

Ok i fix it but the software doesnt work. The light of the ram doesn't change by aura sync app.
