Nothing happens when running

The application runs, but uses 12%+ of my CPU in task manager, the tray icon shows up but nothing happens either? I have Asus Aura installed, iCUE installed, and have unblocked zip before extracting etc.

I have tried compatibility mode, but nothing really changes.

Does anyone have any experience with what's wrong? I read that someone deleted the AURA_SDK.dll from the x86 folder but that didn't do anything for me either.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
