Added media key mappings for Razer

Are they actually tested to be working? They do not show in the docs and Keyboard_MediaNextTrack collides with the already existing (and documented) Logo which I do not believe to be correct.

No, they are not tested. But, those grid cells are still used by games.

Dictionary value conflict shouldn't cause problems since the layout won't have both of them (or the logo should be in a different cell)

Also, indicator LEDs should be mapped to cells above the Up Arrow key. Profile and win lock indicators to the left and right cell of it but not sure which is which.

All assumptions, though. Need someone with a razer keyboard to test this
