Accessibility - Swipe down from anywhere to open history ?

swiping down from anywhere could be a nice QoL feature.

(Similar to swiping down anywhere on the homescreen to open the notification tray)

I don't really know how to add this functionality. Do you have any ideas for implementation?

I don't know why but I can't implement a swipe down event (it just doesn't detect it I don't know why), if a developer can do that that would be great
