[FEATURE] Change colour of chat messages?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Often in big public servers like OpBlocks, chat is not very accessible because of many flashy colours ( players can customise the colour of their name and their messages, makin the chat look like a tetris game ).

Describe the solution you'd like There is a way to change the colour of specific words or phrases, but not to the whole chat or at least some parts according to a custom regex. Using a regex would be better, but i can see that being complicated to add, so a simple solution might be an option to just change the colour of all text.

You should be able to do this with AdvancedChatFilters

I have that installed, and i looked into it throughtly and i didn't manage to remove colours.
