Citizens NPCs listed in Webstats
We have some Citizens NPCs listed in Webstats. Is there a way to filter out all the players (NPCs) that don't have any statistics?
join_game would be a good scoreboard to use as it only applies to real players.
It should already not display any "players" / score-holders that do not have any scores (originally implemented for the armour stand book datapack). Do the NPCs really have no scores in any of the columns shown, could you post a screenshot maybe?

Which of these players are Citizen NPCs? Every player has at least one score on the table, almost every one has a score for Walk. Do the NPCs have scores for Walk too?
As for removing players data, if they have scores on the scoreboard you can remove the scores with /scoreboard players reset <player>.
It looks like walk and damage dealt are indeed the stats that is making Citizen NPCs appear. It looks like Citizens Sentinel is not compatible. I'll remove those stats. Thanks!
