How to create? And step-by-step config generator
Hello, your guide is a bit confusing, could you make a video version or something like that?
Hi! What part of the set up process are you stuck at? I can probably help you set it up here. What did you already do and how are you planning to use WebStats (own website or WebStats-generated one, which statistic sources, etc)?
I don't know if there is much to show in video format because it's mostly just text, and there are many different ways to set up the plugin. Maybe I could create a step-by-step online tool to generate a config file, but I'll have to see if that's worth the effort.

i think better create a step-by-step online tool, for help many people
The server-columns are the statistics that are not for players but for the server in general (things like tps), so you can leave that empty. What you do need to fill in is where to get these statistics from.
I assume that Balance is a placeholder from a PlaceholderAPI-compatible plugin? If so, you need to uncomment line 71 in the config file (the one that says placeholders:), and insert after it:
'%player_balance%': Balance
Put whatever the placeholder is between the %. And similarly for the other placeholders. (mind the indentation)
serve-webpage should be true if you do not have your own website, and want to use the default WebStats webpage (which I think is the case for you).
in site no changes only "player" and this too not work i cant see player list

You need to uncomment lines 71 and 73 in your config (remove the #, but keep any spaces after it). Line 72 is just an example of the format, you can remove it.

its work but i cant see players on list
Are you sure that the placeholders actually have values? You can check by /papi eval me %vault_eco_balance% (or replace me by a player's name).
Furthermore, it could be that this placeholder does not work for offline players, in which case you can enable store-placeholders-in-file (remove the #) so WebStats will remember the placeholder scores when players go offline. Though you should already be able to see everyone's scores when they are online regardless.

unknow command eval
store-placeholders-in-file``#
store-placeholders-in-file not help
Whoops, it should be /papi parse, not eval. I remembered it wrongly, sorry!
Could the "No players in list" be due to the Bedrock-username issue? It took me a while to figure that one out at least.
On the other hand, when troubleshooting, I would start with just a plain install, and no modifications to the config file. It should work out of the box (with Java users and scoreboard values). When that works, you can start adding and removing columns and placeholders etc.
