Simple, secure Authenticode and GPG code signing server
Since an error was occurring with a Stream (http) that could not be Seeked, a determination was added to see if the Stream could be Seeked.
I set up the signing server in ubuntu 20.04. with debugging, I figure out in and out filename same in the second "-nest" signing step and error out "Bus error"
