Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can't specify externalIPs for a (type: Loadbalancer) Service for HAProxy.

Describe the solution you'd like have the field supported.

• in values: add haproxy.service.externalIPs.
• in redis-haproxy-service.yaml
